2. Microgreen Subscription Terms
2.1. Subscription Details:
- Subscriptions are ongoing and billed as per the chosen plan.
- Punnets must be used within 30 days of purchase to ensure quality and growth results.
2.2. Support and Harvest Results:
- While we cannot guarantee harvest results, we offer support via email, phone, text, or online to address growing issues.
- Faulty punnets will be replaced at no additional cost upon receipt of proof (e.g., photos of defects).
2.3. Cancellation Policy:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with a 30-day notice, except if linked to a discounted T5 Grow System purchase (see Section 3).
- Customers who cancel before completing a 1-year subscription linked to the T5 Grow System will be charged the remaining difference.
3. T5 Grow System Terms
3.1. Purchase Options:
- Discounted Price: with a 1-year subscription to microgreen punnets.
- Full Price: without subscription requirements.
3.2. Warranty:
- The T5 Grow System comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects and malfunctions under normal use.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
3.3. Exclusions from Warranty:
- Damage caused by improper use, unauthorised repair, or external factors (e.g., fire, flood).
- Use of trays or growing mediums not sold or approved by Skye Mountain.
3.4. Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items, provided all parts, packaging, and manuals are included.
- Used items or those missing components may incur a restocking fee or be eligible only for store credit.
4. Additional Products
4.1. Garland Microgreen Trays:
- These trays are sold separately and are not tied to subscription commitments.
4.2. Silicone and Steel Growing Medium:
- These mediums are sold as standalone products and may be used with other Skye Mountain products.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1. Payments are processed securely through Stripe Payment Gateway. By providing your payment details, you authorize Skye Mountain to charge your card for recurring subscriptions or purchases.
5.2. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1. Skye Mountain is not responsible for environmental factors (e.g., light, temperature) that may affect growing results.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products under warranty terms.
